Here We Go Again in the East Sea

Just when we thought the standoff in the East Sea was over, the Haiyang Dizhi 8 has returned to Vietnam's exclusive economic zone, according to Reuters. 

Over on Twitter, Ryan Martinson notes that two of China's most advanced Coast Guard ships are on their way to the area as well. 

As of writing the Vietnamese government hasn't commented on this latest development, so absolutely keep an eye on this.
