Chef Alan Wong in Honolulu is known
for his passion for Hawaii's locally
grown ingredients.

Learning that over 80% of the food
supply is connected to the work of
the bee population, he is now committed to
keeping bees -- and raising awareness.

Perhaps gourmet chefs will play a role
in re-growing the bee population?
