"Sitting still is one of the most radical things a human can do." - Peter Coyote |

Green Sangha was founded on the simple concept of getting quiet before action . . . and taking action after rest. The formal organization closed in 2018, but the principles live on, and Green Sangha members are still active in environmental restoration and sustainability. You are invited to get quiet in community over the holiday season and into the New Year. |

Earth care & Self-care Green Sangha principle #1 says, "We are the earth, sky, oceans and the entire planet. Of course we love the planet. It is us!" Taking good care of ourselves is good for the earth. Refreshed, revived, and balanced within, we have already taken the first step toward restoring balance in the world around us. |
