While pockets of positivity can be found on the web, unfortunately, it also breeds a large amount of negativity. When digital creator Dylan Marron began to encounter negative comments online, he confronted it in an unusual way. He decided to call and speak with the people who were criticizing him, and their conversations produced a surprisingly positive result.
