More than 1,000 products from 300 brands were on display at China's
third International Consumer Products Expo, commonly known as the Hainan Expo,
which opened this week in Haikou, the capital of south China's Hainan province.
With 120,000 square meters of exhibition space companies debuted products while
global purchasing agents eagerly explored the latest in jewelry, home decor,
food, tourism, and technology.
Attendees hailed from more than 65 countries and regions, including 30 CEOs of
Fortune 500 companies.
Hainan became a free trade pilot zone and port in
2018. Over the past five years, preferential policies such as zero tariffs and
low tax rates have prompted more enterprises to set up shop on the island. The
expo concludes on April 15.

reduction algorithm and speech recognition. It can also correct people with
different Chinese accents so that their message is delivered clearer through
video or audio. Huawei also displayed its AITO M5 intelligent vehicle made by
its auto partner SERES which has Huawei's smartest cockpit, Harmony OS 3
vehicle system.
