Dear colleagues,

We’re getting pretty good at seeing tree cover loss thanks to programs like Global Forest Watch… but what about tree cover gain? And how can we track progress toward that recently announced goal of protecting and growing a trillion trees. How can we measure progress both at the global level and for individual projects?

WRI’s restoration monitoring team is ready to present some of our most recent progress, building on some previous work with the NYDF Assessment.
