Three new scientific papers lead to the conclusion that because the IPCC has been ignoring some positive feedbacks in the climate system in its models that could speed up warming and some of these
feedbacks are already appearing at less than 2degree C warming , climate change is a much more urgent and potentially catastrophic problem than what was assumed when the world agreed to the Paris Agreement's warming limit goals of 1.5 to 2.0 degrees C. The following paper summarizes these papers including one that explains why IPCC has ignored these feedbacks. The paper concludes with an ethical analysis of these matters:
