Over the years, as supporters like you switched off their lights for an hour, entire streets, buildings, landmarks, and city skylines across the world went dark - an unmissable symbolic sight that drew public attention to nature loss and the climate crisis. But this year - amidst the current global circumstances - the world has retreated inside, into the safety of our homes.

While it might now be harder to catch the world's attention outside, we still have an incredible opportunity to create an unmissable sight online - wherever we are in the world. This year, we invite you to be a part of Earth Hour history by joining our first-ever Earth Hour Virtual Spotlight - and all it takes is one simple action.

We totally get it, you're tired of Zoom calls. Of virtual meetings. Virtual hangouts. Online classes. Facetiming with no face-to-face.

But this Earth Hour, we'll be hosting virtual and live events that you can attend online on the night of March 27 - from the safety and comfort of your home - and we've got the biggest reason in the world (literally) for you to tune in: our planet !
