As you've seen across the news in the last two weeks, the Amazon has been burning, with major cities plunged into darkness by thick smoke.

The Amazon is home to 1.4 billion acres of dense forests - that's half of the planet's remaining tropical forest. It's also home to one in ten wildlife known on Earth.

There is a clear link between the health of the Amazon rainforest and the health of our planet, which is why we must protect this amazing rainforest and forests across the globe.
