released the latest version of the diagnosis and
treatment protocol for severe cases of COVID-19 patients on Friday.
Based on summarizing the characteristics of COVID-19 and clinical treatment
experience, the new version of the diagnosis and treatment protocol is designed
to further guide local governments in the treatment of severe COVID-19 cases,
improve the cure rate and reduce the death rate, according to the National
Health Commission.
