Dear Colleagues,

We invite you to join our one-hour webinar “Introducing ten country reports on ambitious climate policy” on November 7th, 2018 at 14:30 CET (view in your time zone). Call in details are provided below.

You can download the published reports here as they become available. Reports for Viet Nam and Indonesia are already online; the others will be published in the coming days.

It’s clear that to safeguard the Paris Agreement long term temperature goal, all countries will need to increase their mitigation action. However, each country needs solutions that fit their national context. What options do Colombia, Ethiopia, Georgia, Indonesia, Iran, Kenya, Marshall Islands, Morocco, Peru, or Viet Nam have to reduce their future emissions further? And how can the associated challenges be overcome?

The country reports are the outcome of the “Implementation of Nationally Determined Contributions Project,” commissioned by UBA and carried out by NewClimate Institute and Wuppertal Institute.
