The Positive Chemical Reactions That Occur in Your Brain When You Meditate

As Head Priest of the Shunkoin Temple in Kyoto, Rev. Takafumi Kawakami knows more than a few things about mindfulness and meditation. The Zen Master has compiled several scientific studies for this talk, and explains how being present can actually change our brain chemistry. While most of us worry about the past and future, Kawakami wants to help us stay in the present with a few calming tips on meditation and more.
